The Commission Of Victory Outreach for Christ Ministries was founded in 1979 in Carbondale, Illinois by the President Rev. Oliver S. Hoard. It is a non for profit organization.
It's sole purpose is to please Almighty God by bringing forth much fruit into the Kingdom of Heaven.
We are claiming by God's grace, faith and power for the salvation of over 1 billion souls to be brought into the Kingdom of Heaven through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
